TERMS & CONDITIONS

“Allswell Multiplier Lucky Draw" (“Contest”) is organised by Allswell Trading Pte Ltd, 41, Sunset Way, #02-05 Clementi Arcade, Singapore 597071 (“The Organiser”).

1. Duration

1.1 This Contest begins on 1 October 2019 and ends at 2359hrs (11:59pm, Singapore Time - GMT +8) on 31 October 2019 (“Contest Period”).

1.2 The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Contest is open to Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders and Work Permit Holders aged 18 and above as of 1 October 2019. Employees of The Organiser, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Participants under the age of 18 years old as at 1 October 2019 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Contest, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.

3. Contest Mechanics

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

• To participate in this lucky draw, simply purchase any Allswell Asian Drink, Juz Plus or Red Bull products in a single receipt exclusively at NTUC Fairprice.

• SMS to 8114 1225 in the format  below to participate:
  • ALLSWELLMULTIPLIER <space> Name as per NRIC <space> last 3 digits and letter of your NRIC <space> Email <space> Receipt No.
• Present the original receipt for proof of purchase during prize collection. Entries without ‘proof of purchase’, or does not meet the purchase criteria, or are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted.
• Promotion is valid at all NTUC FairPrice Singapore outlets.

4. Contest Prizes

4.1 The Contest will have the following winners:

• 3 winners: 100X/50X/20X Cashback (capped at S$2,000 per winner)
• Consolation Prize (10 winners): S$50 FairPrice Gift Voucher

For example, if you spend S$5.80 on any Allswell drink and if you are drawn, you get S$580 cash back.Maximum cashback is capped at S$2,000 per winner

4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.

4.3 All Contest winner(s) must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

4.4 Images of the prizes used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual prizes.

5. Winning Criteria

In order to win the Lucky Draw, the participants are required to comply with Clause 3.

The Lucky Draw’s winning mechanics to be determined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Lucky Draw’s winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever. Winners will be randomly selected from valid entries with verified receipts.

All prize winners will need to present their printed email indicating the prize won, original physical receipt, NRIC (or relevant ID card) to claim prize. If any of these is not presented for prize collection, Organiser reserves the right to withhold prize till they are presented or failing which, disqualify the participant.

All of the Organiser's decisions in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organiser's decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Lucky Draw. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organiser in connection with the Lucky Draw.

6. Notifications of Contest winner(s) and Prize Collection

The Organiser will notify Lucky Draw winner(s) via the email provided in their entry.

The Organiser, its partners and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the Lucky Draw winner(s).

The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Lucky Draw winner(s) and the Lucky Draw winner(s) agree and authorise that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of the Lucky Draw winner(s) to such third party for the aforesaid purposes.

The Organiser will notify the winners on the Lucky Draw within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the Lucky Draw period.

All prizes which are not claimed within twenty-one (21) days from the date of notification of the Lucky Draw result(s) by the Organiser to the Lucky Draw winner(s) shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Lucky Draw winner(s) are solely responsible for the collection of their prize(s).

The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.

In the event a Lucky Draw winner(s) chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Lucky Draw winner(s), and the Organiser excludes all liabilities, representation and warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Lucky Draw winner(s) shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.

All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe some of the prizes are owned by their respective owners. The Organiser and its affiliates are not related to, connected to or associated with these parties in any way.

7. Publicity

7.1 The Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Contest winner(s) and photographs/content submitted by the participants for the Contest as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Contest winner(s) and the Contest winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Organiser or its affiliates.

7.2 By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.

7.3 By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have given your consent to post-prize presentation photography/videography of the prize utilization for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.

8. Liability

8.1 The Contest winner(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser or its affiliates shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.

8.2 All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.

9. Suspension

9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.

10. Organiser’s Rights

10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Organiser retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property used for this Contest and owns the copyright to all contents within.

12. Personal Data Protection Act

12.1 By entering the Contest, all participants of the Contest consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the running of the Contest and or any events or publicity of the Contest in any form or through any media.

12.2 The participants acknowledges that the Organiser is authorised to process the personal data provided pursuant to this contest in accordance to its privacy policy at http://www.allswellsingapore.com/pdpa
