PRAWN WITH WATER CHESTNUT SALAD& CHESTNUT DIP
Water Chestnut Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/4 bottle Allswell Water Chestnut & Sugar Cane drink
- 10 pc Water Chestnut, skin removed & cleaned
- 1 pc Ginger, grated
- 1 pc Red chilli, chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, chopped
- 1 tsp Sugar & Salt, each
Method:
- Combine all and chill to use. Ideally store in airtight container to prevent discolouration.
Chestnut Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/4 bottle Allswell Water Chestnut & Sugar Cane drink
- 10 pc Fresh Chinese Chestnut, skin removed
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- To taste - Salt, Sugar
Method:
- In a processor, blend all into a fine puree. Adjust thickness of dip using Allswell Water Chestnut & Sugar Cane drink.
Assemble & Serve
Skewered prawn with cane or lemongrass
