Recipe: Sweet & Sour Starfruit Salad

SWEET & SOUR STARFRUIT SALAD RECIPE

Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 Ripe Starfruit, peeled & seeded
• 50g Green Papaya, julienne
• 1 tbsp Caliantro leaf, sliced
• 1 tbsp Red onion, sliced
• 1 tsp Red chilli, sliced

Method:

1. Combine in a mixing bowl, add generous amount of dressing and toss evenly.

Starfruit Sauce

Ingredients:

• 100ml Allswell Starfruit drink
• 1 tbsp Fresh Starfruit, chopped
• 1 tsp Lemongrass stalk, finely chopped
• 3 dash Fish sauce
• To taste - Salt, Sugar, Lime juice

Method:

1. Combine and blitz using hand-held blender. Pass through a fine sieve. Reserve to use.
