    1. This Allswell “$10 off at The Cocoa Trees “ promotion is organized by Allswell Trading Pte Ltd of 41, Sunset Way, #02-05, Clementi Arcade, Singapore 597071 (The Organizer).
    2. The promotion is only valid in Singapore and open to all individuals except staff of Allswell Trading Pte Ltd and Focus Network Agencies (S) Pte Ltd.
    3. By participating in this promotion, the participants agree to be bound by and to comply with all terms and conditions as stated herein.
    4. The promotion period for redemption is only valid from 15 March 2023 to 31st May 2023, both dates inclusive.
    5. This promotion only applies to purchases of ANY Allswell 360 ml drinks made from any 7-11 outlets in Singapore, within the promotion period will be eligible for redemption.
      The 3 flavours are Starfruit, Water Chestnut & Sugar Cane and Plum & Passionfruit.
    6. Four complete product labels of ANY Allswell 360 ml drink can be redeemed for $10 off your total bill, with no minimum spend at selected participating The Cocoa Trees stores as listed below.
    7. All Allswell drink labels of 360 ml presented for redemption can only be used once and must be complete with full bar code intact.
      No tampered, half-torn or incomplete labels will be accepted. Please see the illustration shown above.'
    8. Multiple redemptions are allowed per participant, but each redemption is restricted to only a $10 off on the total bill, per transaction per receipt.
    9. Redemption of $10 off on total bill on your purchase at The Cocoa Trees stores will be strictly governed by The Cocoa Trees and their sole discretion is final.
    10. This redmption is strictly on while stocks last basis and strictly no extension will be entertained.
    11. Strictly no refund of monies for redemption of chocolates of any value lesser than $10. Any value above $10 will be totally borne by the participant.
    12. In the event of misuse, fraud, manipulation, circumvention or a breach of the promotions’ Terms & Conditions, Allswell Trading Pte Ltd is entitled to exclude participant/s from participation. Allswell Trading Pte Ltd is entitled to do this on the basis of suspicion and is not bound to inform the participants or to provide proof.
    13. All of the organizer’s decisions in connection with this promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organizer’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this promotion. By participating in this promotion, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer pertaining to this promotion.
    14. This promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore and under the jurisdiction of the law and courts of Singapore.
    15. The participants of this promotion shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss , damage, claim or accident ( including death) resulting from their participation in this promotion, redemption and/or usage or consumption of the items redeemed. The Organizer or its affiliates shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss , damage , claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.
    16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions whenever it deems fit and the decision made will be final.
